Up dish took over as the "RSP" in SC early er in the year. They fired all but 4 contract co. working for dish. Other than DNS, they own the market in SC.
In other states it is going to other companys Dish is moving towards the same system Direct uses. Dish will be closing DNS offices in most places.
As far as I know Rockin R was not awarded any of the RSP contracts. Right now it is UPdish in SC, Custom Com in NC, And ACS in VA.
