My point was simply to make sure that if you want to be someones employee, that you hook up with an employee based outfit. Nothing wrong with that, if that's what someone wants.

On the other hand, companies that treat their independent 1099 contractors like employee's is a whole separate issue, and there is a lot of that going on.
