Think about it Ty. MLK was just like any other activist back then (Abbie Hoffman,Bobby seal,Tom Haden, ect. ect.)It's just he was black, and spoke mainly to the blacks. When James Earl Ray shoot him(not good ok?)it made MLK an ICON,someone to follow,someone to look up to. Maybe thats what was ment by whoever said it.I don't know ,but it is a possibility.Without James Earl Ray ,MLK would have been just another activist. What do you think? Also while you are thinking about that , I have some proof that Rush never said that,if you want it.
