 See the "rights" you will have.

 Start with the section on OVERTIME.

 Then check out laws on HARRASSMENT.

 Then check out what happens WHEN ASSHOLES DON'T PAY YOU ?

 Then check out UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS ?

 Getting jerked around would end, getting ripped off would end.
