just bought a bucket truck and it blue a hydrolic hose on the first run. we fixed that, put new fluid in and sent it up in the air. after being fully extended it threw a belt on the PTO. we fixed that and now it wont lower or go left or right. the PTO is engaged but it wont move.
any infor is appreciated!
