You missed what I said I. I was speaking of the rappers not getting a permit. People doing things in public areas like movie shoots, protesting or anything organized like that require a permit. Obviously not kids playing in a park. But people flashing guns at a park with kids might be a concern for parents at the park. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Hope that clears it up. I had to reply because it was obvious I didn't communicate my thoughts clearly enough. And no disrespect, but I can reply whatever I want just like you.
