I don't know but, the Dems keep saying they are for the poor and the little guy and much of what they do is spend money that isn't there. Look at the current administration. They bitched about Bush's spending and the out of control spending that was out of character for republicans, who did it anyway, and then they come in and go so wild it boggles the mind. After campaigning for the poor for 50 years............they are still poor. Maybe it is just more proof that they are just after the control of the money and don't really give a damn about you and I. Look at the way they try to censor opposing views.
