But ya know,

I actually did run into a MASTEC guy...new blue shirt and hat with the shade thing on the back.
I said, "...dude, where is your ladder?" and he responded like it made sense, that he was not certified on ladders yet because he was still in training.

They offer to split the cost of MASTEC run certifications.

Saw the dudes later in the day. One guy was holding a round dish on a ladder from truck #2. Dude #1 was on the ground with his compass in one hand and the round dish assembly instructions in the other. Since the hat visor was on the back he had the instructions keeping the sun out of the eyes.

It went like that. They may still be working. My work is slow but I won't make the call.
