And the dems were so adamant about following the rules of the house of representatives, they punished Joe Wilson with a penalty not even on the books. The penalties in the house are expulsion,censure,reprimand and fine. So the brave veto proof majority in the house got up and " formally admonished " him. No spine what so ever. They have the votes to follow protocol on this "egregious" event and they could not pull the trigger. So much for moral integrity.
