One of the main problem in this industry is that there are a lot
of Low education people doing this job. That is the reason why must Companies Judge the Technicians
base on that,and ended up no paying them ,I remember my self going out of town to work and next morning see over 10 Technician smoking drug and doing so strange stuff not worth to mentioned, that is why Sat Company should do real Drug Test to stop hiring low people, and get really professional Technicians that Respect each other and the work they do may become valuable. this will stop the Companies out there running by the same type of people mentioned above the game they play with Technicians money and one day this Garbage industry will change. Hope for the best
