G your passion for Obama is known. He isn't any better than Bush. He hasn't done enough to say we are on the right course in my opinion and research. You are smart enough to see that if you will just look. Obama hasn't done a good job yet so I can't say I agree with the statement that no one else here could do a better job.

He has doubled the deficit which the press would have crucified Bush or any republican for doing and spent more already than any president in history. I see some recovery but it would have happened without the spending. The market rights itself without government intervention. They have tried to hurry things through congress before the people can see it because they know so much of it isn't right and spends more tax payer dollars. They know Americans will not agree with all they want in these bills. They will spend this country into a depression.

People will give up trying to get ahead because the dems will just take what they make and give it to people who do nothing. The things they are doing are creating socialism. It has to be because there is only one way to pay for it all and that is to take from those working. Soon even all that we make won't be enough. Having said that maybe they can do something to stop insurance companies from being a monopoly and making so much money from people's illness. That would be a big help without the government trying to run healthcare. They are lousy at it. Medicare doesn't work that great and doctors don't like too many medicare patients.
