Every state has it's own employment laws.

In the Peoples Republic of MAssholechusetts all employees of a company have to be treated equally in regards to drug/background testing etc.

If one employee is grandfathered when a new requirement is instituted ALL employees have to be treated equally.


You don't always get what you expect, but you know what you got when you inspect. Happiness comes from within, some poor souls are just without.
