MX, You are not the only one in that boat. I have a misdemeanor for assult after throwing somebody out of my home after I asked them to leave several times. It is getting tougher out here with having that on my record.
Qwester, you are right on that. Once you get a charge, you are persecuted from there on. No matter what has happened. The people today to me are scared of anybody that has anything on them. Its sad that I get this shit thrown in my face after it happened 5 years ago and a one time event.
