The Reason i said In house because you can't make them responsible for what a sub Partner does Fair is Fair, Now if you work for a Sub Partner and that sub partner does not pay you because they say mastec didn't pay them then they should pay there tech and fight it out with there Prime, That is what all good companies i have worked with did, But a reasonable person would see that and i guess everything has to be spelled out to you.
