Another fine example of American police force over stepping their bounds! If he gave you the equipment it is a civil matter. Cops are not suppose to get involved in a scenario like that. At least not until a judge rules that you have to give it back. Once their is a judgement against you in a civil matter only then are the police suppose to get involved.
