Man i have seen all the messed up things in this industry and there are companies out there that will take a wooden stick and shove it up you ass and if you read my post i just said "there are a lot of guy's hiding behind good guy's" Shit i know Mastec had issues on the direct side and they are taking in my eye's every step to change that. Mastec is not the only company that may or may not have issues as lets say Hal-Tec now they used be a good company then they started fucking the Techs over and the started slow at first and when i was manager there i was asked by the Kiss ass that was there and my boss "Which side of the fence i am on" I told him on the side of right he then said there was no room in management for that so i quit, They kept my money and fucked every tech in GA and SC out of there money, Then they had a system in Baton Rouge LA and they Fucked all those techs i mean took all there money, Pay checks retainage and all and ran, There website is down no one answers there phone they just ran with the money. I know about the scum bag companies, But i also know about the scum bag Techs the one's that want you to keep covering there shit we are in a industry well at least cable TV not sure with direct or dish where the money goes down every year and the reason is 1 Bad work 2 The cable companies don't respect Contractors and 3 the Biggest one of all all these Primes cutting each others throat, If some of these cable prime stopped working with these companies that want to cut prices every year then maybe we can make a living
