I say we start special elections now...I have some extra ballots for those not yet registered to vote. I also suggest making rooftop voting mandatory every 20 years... Last, but not least instead of hanging chads, we step it up to hanging harrys, hanging nancys, hanging barneys. Happy hunting. I mean happy voting.
