Class Action Telstar

Talked with some prior employees and was advised that a class action lawsuit is forthcoming for defrauding Tech's of their workman's comp and general liability. Basically I was told that the company has been taking 10% per week per Tech to pay their workman's comp and general liabilty and that the only policy that the lawyers have found is a umbrella policy that's worth $3000.00 per Tech per year.  Maybe they will finally get this guy and run him out of town.  I was told that they are looking for the manager that was just run off because he knows detailed info on the inner workings of the company.  Sounds like a smart guy to me, got out before the you know what hits the fan.  Also told that some of the owners personal friends in the company do not get any workeman's comp or general liabilty takened outat all.  This should be interesting.
