I have heard all this before....this is not a DTV policy..it is simply a company trying to make their techs do more.....I do not know about the company you are dealing with, but most of these companies cant field the peeps they need to make the extra money on the wild blue and to be honest..I havent heard much of anything good about the wildblue service... I keep hearing it sux, so they are trying to force everyone to learn it so they can make the big bucks...
I would tell him this...well gee I guess that means you lose a tech.
