You have solved the problem and Directv should thank you. You have interviewed and evaluated ALL DTV tech and found ALL of then to be incompetent hacks. Good one!
I hope you remembered to put a mark on each forehead so you didn't check anyone twice. Sometimes poor performers get better. Also, sometimes, the really competent ones see the crap management and poor money and move on. Then there are the constant new guys (FNGs) I hope you marked all of them.
How many Directv techs did you evaluate before you decided they were all hacks? All I hope.
