I wouldnt wave at THAT driver going the other way down the road. Hell, id probably pull over and laugh so I wouldnt wreck while doing that. I guess on the plus side the driver could have 2 passengers and add weight needed for those right turns that made side cars that dont lean so dangerous. It has a European plate but its a right road driver. My bet is that it is a fancy chauffer thingy.
