It is not just the training, but a serious lack of Frkn common sense. They are lazy and ignorant and chose not to learn the job. They always want to take short cuts then get pissed if they dont get paid for doing it wrong. It drives me crazy to see crap like that. Do it right or dont do it at all.
Funnyfarm...I have always refused to mount directly on a boat. Especially in the age of chargebacks. Would have been better to sell him a tripod for the dock and showed him how to tweak it. At least you made him sign off. Smart move.
