Re: need some help

HELLO THERE BUDDY FIRST YOU NEED TO KNOW THE SIGNAL LEVELS AT YOUR GROUNGBLOCK. MAKE SURE THERE'S NOT INGRESS NOISE ON THE LINE MAKE SURE THE SIGNAL LEVELS BE ALL POSITIVES,WITH THAT ON MIND. YOU BASIS WHERE THE CUSTOMER TELLS YOU WHERE HE/SHE WANTS THE  MODEM .MEASURE AGAIN THE SIGNAL AT THAT PARTICULAR OUTLET.REMEMBER THIS VOIP MODEM COULD BE PROVISIONED FOR HSD AND VOICE . OR JUST FOR VOICE(TELEPHONY)MAKE SURE IF IS PORTED NUMBER  THE NUMBER IS READY TO BE PORT.MEANS THAT CUSTOMER HAS ALREADY PERMISSION FROM HIS/HERPRIVIUOS TELEPHONY COMPANY TO PORT THE NUMBER.IF IS A NATIVE NUMBER MEANS THAT IS A NEW NUMBER THAT YOU GOING TO ASSIGN TO THAT PARTICULAR CUSTOMER,SO THERE'S NO HEADACHE.AFTER YOUR MODEM IS ACTIVE AND PROVISIONED YOU  SHOULB BE ABLE TO HEAR TONE ON THE LINE ,USE YOUR OWN CELL PHONE AND TEST THE SERVICE DO AN INCOMING CALL AND CALL OUT.IF EVERYTHING IS OK THEM YOU DONE BUDDY

VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU LEAVE THE SIGNAL LEVELS BEHING THE VOIP MODEM IN GOOD STANDING MEANS:
FORWARD SOMETHING IN BETWEEN POSITIVE2 TO 8
RETURN OR (TX) NOT HIGHER THAN 54 DBMB.
