Xavier you have to file suit in the state u did the work  or the county would be better, problem is if you do file suit and win these guys don't have banking accounts in those states you really need to get a lawyer who is schooled in interstate litagations to get your money from them. I have took guys like this to court and won, if they blackball you file another lawsuit,sue, sue,sue
