Every move the govmnt makes is preplanned and staged. Look at the people who put on the DNC/RNC national conventions, campaign rallies etc. They make the politician look like a rock star when he/she comes out on stage. Nothing in this govmnt comes out without going thru 5 stages of filters, marketing people or whatever. Except for maybe Biden when he speaks off the cuff. {read: off teleprompter}
