Hey john you may have a legitimate beef with them I am not sure, But every tech out there is not the super techs that they claim to be. There should be a Rating system here and work orders and Pictures should be posted as taking peoples word for everything just don't cut it, And i am and a Tech person everything i do is geared to the tech But there are a lot of hacks here. Where i live in Sc there is a Mastec office doing Direct TV work and a few of the techs i know from my cable days tell a different story
