Been around the business for 20+ years now inhouse and outhouse only MSO I can quickly and without reserve say I would take a inhouse job for tomorrow would be CableONE.  They treated me well when I was there and never gave any dirty tricks.  I'm sure someone will have a horror story but my personal is my personal.  I've dont contract work for them also and I've always been treated well on that end also.
Of course that's just my opinion.... I could be wrong
