At one pint I was invited to take a pile of AM work orders that cane out of the fax machine at 11:00 AM. I was told not to worry about the times...just call and drive to the first one, "I got your back." So you can imagine my surprise at the chargebacks for the late arrivals and no call no show complaints.
Biggest bunch I ever had the displeasure of dealing with....until I tried another HSP.
