Yes,
They seem to be the real deal but are a start up operation...I did a few telco repairs for them and was paid eventually.
The jobs were old when they dispatched them to me and they paid upon receipt of my invoice + an additional bonus because both jobs were out of my area.
They can't predict where the work is or how much will come but Louis seems to be a stand up guy trying to build something.
