I also reconfig to a basic dish, get it to pass and then switch back. DTV is real picky when activating, and u must have high sig's to pass, but watch out, HR23 and newly refurbed 22's will tell u that u r using the wrong dish when trying to change it. A slight over cast will also cause u not to pass, i have went back the next day to a job and it paseed without a problem. Let me know how it came out
