that video stirred up alot of shit like 5 yrs ago when it happened. that guy was fired. at the time we had to call in modems and whatnot and sit on hold for 45 minutes just to do a job. ive nearly fallen asleep a bunch of times, it used to piss everyone off how long you sat on hold.
