What I meant was, If it were not for the acquittal it would not be possible for me to get released before Feburary 11, 2010. I am FREE AND CLEAR now, no parole no probation, NOTHING.
(except to wait on my settlement check from my court appointed attorney, who I am suing for malpractice)
