That sounds good dont make to much of a change you will be surprised how far 1 or 2 teeth will go.
Again best of luck I was not being a smart ass the advice was legit it just seems funny to me because I am 6'6" tall and weigh in at 300 so a ninja 250 is definately not for me my ZX10 was still a little small but it went like hell
