LMFAO!!!! Are they hiring?! 
There's no money in this business, stay where you're at man.  I've done Directv for years, it's getting rediculous with the chargebacks and 2 lines to a dvr, and all the other b.s. On-time guarantees when you have 4 ams. Dish is easier, and the equipment is cheaper, Wildblue is easy but you'll drive 500 miles a day.
