Yah I heard about their call center
I guess the 800 att call center is like 1000 times better. Of course they won't let you call your orders in on that line. I was told that sometimes when you call a order in it is so loud at the call center that the customer can't hear the person on the phone.. LOL I just wish AT&T had a damn brain. Shitty product but I can sell it... But they have their head up their ASZ... I remember when AT&T launched it and it was supposed to be the next best thing to sliced bread.. YAH RIGHT...
