In answer to tour question....maybe..if it is EZ when I can get to it...if it is not to far away or too hard.
If so I would ask for more!
OR Do the work....What is asked for? When do they need it? What are the lengths of ALL the cable runs.. What will be the access to the structure?
Or....more than you bid but not too much more.
