They introduced me to one of their subcontractors that was "covering" my area. There were a few days of double routing where I met another tech who had my route out of Philly. There were days of secondary routing where every job I was sent had been done the day before. Expect their call center to be in the Phillipines and have some hold tome. There will be hold time to reach their CSRs for local info and pushy bitches who think they run your life....with some assorted real people who are just doing a job. They are well known for "inventory problems" you will be expected to cover. And by the way their local managers are too busy to check equipment inventory. In my case the subcontractor they introuduced me to had a record ...they should have checked....I can't find his ass .....even though I have a court judgment against him.
Aside from that DirectSatUSA is a fine group of guys who work hard to provide excellent service at a fair price.
