Lol, you guys......Make sure your fuel is not from Citgo, and that you are utilizing all DTV authorized clothing....That's low on the 103, I have my systems drop shipped to the customers house, so I don't have a lot of options, like swapping out receivers and such. I always find when I can't pass 103 or 99 , to just change the dern dish out, if everything is plumb the dish is configured where you should get all 5 sats...I have fought these things to no end...I always keep an extra KA/KU just for this purpose..I believe that their little mig welding robots must have human tendencies, because something is wrong to have to swap the dish out to get it going...
