We were told to hit them at 0 and 42. I can go out and run docsis and be right where they tell me to be they still can't get the damn thing to go green. All the lights on the trans. are flashing like it's sending data back and forth. I think there is something that isn't set up right in the H/E but it takes proving beyond a shadow of a doubt no less than 5 times before it's looked into
