40" from power right guys,70' river clearance at high tide for the sailboats. $$$$$$$ Charged $1 foot for this job and earned every damn cent,19 spans across the marsh interconnecting two islands for the rich folks retreats. Lot was offered at 15 k to me at the time 1/2 acre and that was a steal, may take them up on that one yet.
