Re: What does Wild Blue pay?

I have been strictly Wildblue for quite a while. (also certified in Hughes)

Typical pay is $125.00 (less 10%  escrow to $1500.00)

Yes, you drive your tail off.

 Polemounts pay $150 - $175.00

The installs usually go like this.

Sale was made, nobody at Wildblue bothered to tell customer that he will have additional charges. (such as polemount)

For the next half hour you get to play salesman. (or leave)

Next 15 minutes you discuss install options.

 Install.

Next up is the LAN dance, alot of customers will hand you a junk computer hoping you can fix it.

Even if you provision it on your computer, trust me, you will have a hard time getting a signature without a good faith effort working on their computer.

For alot of guys, the driving isn't worth it, especially if they want to stay at home.

I have no problem being a nomad, my truck is set up for sleep.

After enough jobs, you get better with the computer issues.

I would rather do Wildblue any day than do TV.

Because it's still DSI, you still have some of the TV issues, especially the head games and money control problems.

Because of MSP's, you are still going to be ripped off.
