Working to fast, Huh????????????

Started working for a very reputable company, 4 weeks ago. Was told that they had plenty of work. First week went pretty slow, treed out MFer, and greenbeans, being greenbeans. Now, that were dialed in(the crew) can't seem to stay steady. Today, got sent home again, second time this week, because the work is not ready. Was told this morning, by the Operations Manager, that we were working to fast. What!!! to fast? I thought we were going a little slow for me. But thats me. All them crews and you can't stay ahead of me, arial and U/G. I need to stay steady, I drive 50 miles off the mountain, one way, to be told no work today. I'am in buisness to make money, I don't work like inhouse people do, no offence to you hourly people, somebody has to work hourly, just not me, don't know how to. Not trying to start some shit, I just don't understand.
