why do guys still work in satellite

everyday I see posts on here saying "Don't work for these guys, don't work them either", BLA BLA BLA.  These are the same companies over and over again.  Why do you guys keep working for them when other techs have been posting for over a year now about them and some companies like Mastec for over 8 years.  Haven't you guys figured out that if you work for a DirecTV sub you will get ripped off.  DirecTV rips off their contractors, so they rip you guys off.  If everyone stopped working for these jokers, then DirecTV isn't gona have anyone to install their stuff.  So stop working for these guys.  Save your money do something else.  Even if the only other thing is MCDonalds, you will atleast see your paycheck.
