That is the truth. My climbers are employees and making 2k+ each for a 5 day week and I supply everything except their harness and descent device. And we are only building cell sites at 100 to 200 feet up. A one man crew just changing light bulbs on a tv broadcast tower can make that in a day. There is money to be made in tower work if done right.
