It is not theft if they gave it to you......it becomes a civil matter. They have to take you to court and visa versa.....I once had 50 sat receivers many moons ago when MASTEC first got the HSP contract...they stiffed me for 3k....to bad they never saw those Rx's again..they didnt even try to get them back. Eventually sold some and gave away others over a period of 3 years.
