max for installing dish network

i have a job that has to be on a pole 111 ft away from the house then another 445 ft cable to finish the install will be using dp quad dish 500 and four 311 rec. so 444 ft or cable trenched to ground block then another 445 to the rooms each room is about 200ft of cable dish has told the customer we will do all this for free so made a phone call and was told 50ft trenching is free anything over is 59$hr plus cost of cable then was told to no-line the job anyone have any thoughts
