Re: ABSS In VA

I worked with a sub for them on that Hampton project for 5 or six months. They had 3 or 4 managers or supervisors. Only 2 of them did anything. A guy named Cook and some guy named Tony in there office did most of the work. One guy named Moody was supposed to be the construction manager was a real bad lier. Claimed he gave us prints and work orders that he never gave us.
