Good thing you didn't work the Boone, NC upgrade for Charter then, because they only allowed 1 wire per bug. I kid you not. Down the main stretch, in front of Appalachian State, I had a run that every pole had 16 bug nuts on each side! I should have taken a picture and saved it. That was absolutely ridiculous. They had Alcoa doing the project management, who was using QC for doing QC, and their purpose in life was to QC 100% of all contract work, and invoicing was not accepted until they put their stamp of approval for the entire node. Also had to pea gravel all peds 4", not 3 not 2, but 4 or more. I still made good money, but buddy, I worked for it. Carried a 32' ladder for all splitter and active poles, for input loops, and did a whole lot of hooking. I was with Suncoast, after they booted Crown, which surprised me since Crown was in pretty good with Charter until their big fallout and lawsuits.
