You can call it what you want.  I am a dedicated and loyal tech who always looks for the good in people.  But, after reading everything on here and I even went as far as calling a few people and talking to them about their dealings with this company, I came to realize that you all were correct.  At least I am man enough to admit I was wrong,  apoligize and move on.  I would be willing to get involved in  a class action suit also if we can get it together.
