then charge more for the foot. You will have to know how much slack you are going to use in the trench and put it into the footage price. People need to stop thinking they are going to get something for free when they are selling the product once it is in the ground or in the air. They lease fibers and sell bandwidth but don't want to pay a one time charge for it to be installed.
